Warranty & Return
All products supplied by the QSC are warranted against faulty material. Warranty does not apply if defects are caused by collision, incorrect fitment / installation, or mishandling of the parts. Claims will not be accepted where clutch kits and/or clutch components have been fitted to incorrect or unlisted applications. Flywheel must be resurfaced/machined to manufacturers specifications. QSC does not warrant or make any representations concerning its clutch products when not installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and maintenance practices of the automotive industry.
The warranty period of QSC clutch and flywheel kits is 3 months after the date of purchase. QSC will not pay any claim for goods/products repaired by the Customer and/or claims sight unseen. QSC will not be responsible for any labor / service fees
QSC reserves the right to examine all parts returned for warranty claim to determine whether or not any such part has failed because of a defect in material or workmanship. QSC's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing, replacing, or crediting, at their option, any part found to be defective. The customer must prepay all freight charges on the return of such parts. There are no other warranties either expressed or implied, which extend beyond those set forth in the preceding paragraphs
Return must be in original condition without damage, alteration, or being used. Buyer will pay for the return freight and insurance. Money Back does not include shipping and handling fee, including the free shipping items. A 15% restocking fee may apply. No returns will be accepted after 30 days without prior approval. Parts must be in good condition to get credit. All Cores must be returned in original box. All freight must be pre-paid by the customer unless it was a shipping error.
